Equity and Advocacy Committee - The purpose of the Equity and Advocacy Committee is to advocate for members of marginalized communities within LTA. It is composed of an At-Large Advocate who organizes other advocates and represents members of marginalized communities who may not be included by the three advocates. The three advocates represent our LGBTQIA+ Community, Women’s Issues, and Human Rights, which represents our most underrepresented communities, with specific focus on our African America community.

Peer Assistance and Review Program - The purpose of PAR is to work with the district to enhance the passion for learning through unique opportunities for professional growth by creating a collaborative relationship between participating teachers and the consulting teachers.
